Michael was born in Guyana and migrated to the US as a child. He grew up and attended church in Brooklyn and felt the call of God for ministry at Youth Camp when he was 17 years old. He pursued this call at Alliance Theological Seminary after retiring from NYPD and the US Army. He is passionate about serving and building the Body of Christ through discipleship and teaching. Michael is married and has three young adult daughters. Michael began serving at GCBC in the fall of 2021 and then interned with our church since January of 2022. Recently, Michael was called to be the Assistant Pastor at GCBC.
